Consumer Critiques
At present I applied the Tulips and Butterflies purple and pink wall sticker. The item data does not include any measurements. The sticker comes in 1 sheet, with two separate larger stickers with the tulips and 9 separate butterfly stickers that you can apply wherever you want. Every bigger tulip sticker is approx 13" tall, and 1 foot ten" in width. (so the picture they show exactly where the tulips are lining the bottom of the wall is likely at least two sticker packs). I purchased two packs, and applied them on the top rated of my king headboard. The two sticker packs exactly spanned the five foot 10" width with slight overlap for realism. A fine rule of thumb is 1 pack = three feet.
The stickers are on clear plastic. They will apply to a colored background wall, or on a mirror and nevertheless appear good. The colors are vibrant and not washed out. The tulips look actual--like a photo. The sticker itself has a rather slight sheet, but is not "glossy"...way more of a matte finish. Only a little light reflects from the surface when it hits the edges.
They have categorized this sticker as "nursery" and whilst I guess it could possibly look fantastic in a baby's room, it is highly adult like in my opinion.
Installation was easy once I got more than the panic of not receiving any instructions. I tried to keep element of the paper on as I "rolled" to sticker on, but it was as well hard. I ultimately just took a deep breath and peeled the significant sticker off the paper. The 1'10" width was not hard to manage on my personal, and they applies effortlessly. They do remove if you get it wrong, and you can restick quickly.
I gave this product four stars...the missing star is for the lack of measurements on the item description and the lack of directions with the item. Otherwise, I extremely recommend this decorative item.
I was seeking for purple flowers to decorate my daughters room and however when these arrived the colors are certainly extra burgundy than purple! I am glad I waited to see how it looked before I purchased fabric to sew for bedding! But, when I put it up (on their light pink wall) it looks just Attractive. I am keeping it for certain...and going with a burgundy color scheme! I extremely recommend! :-)
