The alphabets (p-h-o-e-n-i-x) that I received had been precisely as described. The sizes were uniform, and they have adhered to the wall wonderfully. They make a amazing presentation in my granddaughter's nursery.
These are quite and fantastic for my babygirls space considering that it is butterflies. But if you have a satin, simi gloss, or high gloss paint it will not sitck to the wall nicely. Mine are holding now (I have a simi gloss finish) but the edges generally come up and I have to keep pushing them down, they probly will not final to a lot longer.
